Returns & Exchanges Policy

Overview
At FL Grit, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer returns or exchanges on unused items within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot process refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software

To process a return, proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) is required. 


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; processing times can vary.
  3. Reach out to your bank.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. For exchanges, email us at info@flgrit.com.


Shipping Returns

To return a product, email us at info@flgrit.com.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
